Shamrock Shake
¾ Cup Non-Dairy Mylk or Raw Milk
¼- ½ Ripe Avocado
½ large banana frozen or 1 small banana
1 Cup Fresh Baby Spinach
2 Tbsp or more Hemp Seeds or Collagen Powder
¼ – ½ tsp Peppermint Extract
½ – 1 Cup Ice
Toppings: Hemp Seeds, Shredded Coconut, Plain CocoJune yogurt etc.
Preparation:
Place everything in blender and process until smooth. Adjust thickness and flavor as needed. If you desire, sprinkle the shake with the above toppings.
This is a lovely alternative to the fast-food version. It is easily customizable depending on your taste buds. If you are not an avocado fan, replace it with your favorite nut butter or non-dairy yogurt like cocojune for a similar creamy consistency.
